Carefree is TDC's flagship product

 

Not only are we passionate about development, but our passion for proving a fun lifestyle for seniors started in the 80's When Ken Templeton couldn't find a place he would be happy to have his mother live in. This sparked the idea. "Why hasn't anyone created a community where seniors can age in style, and have fun doing it!". That lead Ken to develop over 4400 units under the Carefree brand in both Las Vegas and California.

Today We still own and operate our Carefree's in house, and have land in multiple states capable of bringing on another 2400 units to the market.
